In the shoulder seasons (April-June, and September), our orchard is available for birthday parties on weekend mornings (10am-12pm). Bookings include 2-hour private access to our outdoor seating, a 30M jumbo jumper, and farm zipline.

 

Our 2-hour private outdoor venue booking costs $180.

 

This fee includes:
 

• Admission for up to 20 children (and their adults - 50 people total)
   

• A birthday table equipped with pitchers of locally pressed apple juice, water, cups, plates, and napkins.
   

• For the birthday kiddo: Free shaved ice (season permitting) or large sugar cookie

 

Party Details
 

• Guests are welcome to come in and out of the lounge to order additional items and use facilities. If adults would like to order coffee, cider, or snacks they may pay at the bar or we can open a group tab to be paid at the end of the party.
   

• Our kitchen will open at 11am. At that time, you are welcome to order grilled cheese, hot dogs, and fruit plates for the party. You are also welcome to bring your own pizza and platters during private venue rentals only.
   

• Please NO outside drinks.

• You may arrive half an hour before the party to decorate.
   

• You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes and we may store them in our fridge/freezer. We recommend Lekker Baked Goods to pre-order custom cakes and cupcakes. Treats ordered from Lekker would be ready on-site at the time of the party.​

 

The Ground Rules
 

• We collect a $90 deposit at the time of booking, and collect the balance in person at the time of the party.
   

• We require each guardian to sign a waiver for their child upon arrival. Children without a signed waiver will be unable to use the activities.
   

• No adults are permitted to use the Jumbo Jumper or zipline due to weight limits.
   

• For safety and liability purposes, we are not able to inflate our Jumbo Jumper if it is raining. Refunds cannot be provided due to unexpected weather as we will be staffing and preparing for your event. However, we will do our best to accommodate and make the day as special as we can for your child, and the group can move inside if needed.
