About the event

Join us for an fun evening of Caribbean flavours and rhythms at Folktale Cider. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Jamaica while enjoying a mouthwatering menu and live music in the serene setting of our orchard.

Menu:

  • Jerk Chicken
  • Callaloo
  • Rice & Beans
  • Pineapple Coleslaw
  • Coconut Cream Pie

For $40, you'll receive admission, a delicious dinner, and a glass of our signature cider to pair with your meal.

  • Dinner: Service begins at 5:00 PM
  • Live Music: Groove to the beats of Cornel Fisher and his band from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

This is an outdoor event with seating in our beautiful orchard, so dress comfortably and be ready for a night of great food, music, and atmosphere.

Please note that this event is 19+, and we will be shutting down the kid's activities for the evening of August 23rd. 

A Taste of Jamaican Folklore

One of Jamaica’s most beloved folktales is the story of Anansi the Spider, a clever and mischievous character who is known across the Caribbean and West Africa. Anansi is a symbol of wit and resourcefulness, often using his cunning to outsmart stronger foes.
